Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a proactive Conference Services Supervisor for Stonewall Resort to oversee banquet room setup, lead the staff, and ensure flawless event execution. • Excellent communication and guest-relations skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the setup and preparation of banquet rooms for functions.
• Lead hourly banquet servers and housemen; coordinate activities with Conference Services staff.
• Ensure events are delivered safely, on time, and per resort standards; maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate conference paperwork, room diagrams, and inventory; update the conference grid daily.
• Provide ongoing coaching and supervision to staff and communicate guest needs to other departments.
