Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Stonewall Resort in West Virginia seeks a Catering Conference Manager to plan and manage group and social catering events, coordinating with F&B and resort operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role in hospitality or events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and sell to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and execute services for clients and in-house guests.
• Negotiate and monitor contractual agreements for events.
• Coordinate with resort departments to execute room blocks, A/V, and catering.
• Respond to client inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
