Job summary

City Barbeque is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive regional catering sales and outside events, including wedding sales in the triad market. The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and is based in the Nashville market with hybrid remote work.

You will build a proactive sales plan, develop new business, manage relationships in CRM, and coordinate with catering operations to fulfill events while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience in restaurants or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop new business and close deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Excel/Word and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create a targeted game plan for increasing Regional Catering Sales with corporate and social events within a designated territory.
• Initiate Direct Sales & business development.
• Focus on revenue-producing activity and maximize selling time by 80% dedicated work time on direct Sales efforts and local marketing.
• Maintain active involvement in networking events and cultivate relationships with existing clients.
