City Barbeque is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to lead direct sales, wedding and corporate event development, and coordinate catering operations for a new market until sales reach the next level.

The role combines sales leadership with event logistics, CRM management, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment, requiring 3–5 years of catering/events management experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of local area and network within the catering/events market.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Experience in sales, negotiation and closing deals for events.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales, wedding & business development to grow catering revenue.
• Coordinate catering events, operations and logistics with cross-functional teams.
• Represent the company at bridal shows and industry events to generate leads.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure prompt follow-up with clients.
• Manage ordering logistics and ensure timely delivery and setup of events.
