Job summary

City Barbeque, LLC is seeking a Catering Sales/Operations Manager and Wedding Coordinator to drive catering sales, manage wedding and event logistics, and coordinate operations for a new market until growth allows adding another position. The role pays a competitive base salary with a 3.5% commission on all food/beverage, targeting a 60-65k+ package.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of local area essential.
• Proven sales/negotiation/closing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, internal and external.
• Polished, professional demeanor with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
• 3–5 years of Catering/Events management or similar.
• Food and catering industry experience.
• Strong client-focused and customer service.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Project and process management capabilities.
• Ability to learn City Barbeque systems.
• Weekend availability and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Focus on revenue-producing activity with direct sales and local marketing.
• Conduct sales presentations and meetings; close sales.
• Represent company at bridal shows and events to book leads.
• Maintain CRM with client information and orders.
• Coordinate catering orders from customer to team; ensure clarity.
• Develop and manage catering operations team; handle P&L.
• Oversee event planning and logistics for market events.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve conflicts.
