Qualifications

• Five years proven track record in sales in the restaurant industry or a related business.
• Strong background in new business development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; proven ability to influence in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Create targeted game plans to increase Regional Catering sales.
• Initiate direct sales and business development efforts.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate account management.
