TooJay’s Deli • Bakery • Restaurant is seeking a proactive Catering Sales Manager to grow the catering business across South Florida. You will seek new clients, upsell existing ones, and act as a brand ambassador, delivering compelling catering packages.

The role requires travel within the area, strong presentation skills, and collaboration with the sales team to increase revenue. This full-time position offers a base salary with a sales-based bonus potential and opportunities to build lasting

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• 2–4 years in hospitality/restaurant with catering/sales management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of the workweek
• Public speaking experience
• Proficient with Outlook/Excel; Tripleseat and OpenTable knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience through detailed event planning and follow up
• Partner with planners, hotels, corporations and groups to generate banquet and catering business
• Daily prospecting calls to qualify accounts and generate new leads
• Conduct sales presentations and host events onsite and offsite
• Follow up on online leads to secure high closing rates
• Implement local promotions to solicit group bookings and increase foot traffic
• Collaborate with Corporate Sales to promote upcoming promotions
• Report weekly activities to Head of Sales and Marketing
• Coordinate with General Manager to measure market impact and spend
