Job summary

Jeff's Bagel Run in South Florida is seeking a Marketing & Catering Manager to grow our local presence and expand catering across our Boca Raton stores. You'll lead grassroots marketing drops, coordinate events, and build community partnerships.

You should bring experience in marketing, catering sales, or events, be a confident communicator, organized with a CRM, and able to travel for local drops and weekend activations. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, catering sales, events or community outreach (restaurant or hospitality a plus).
• Confident, friendly communicator who's comfortable walking into a business and introducing themselves.
• Organized and comfortable using a CRM to track outreach and orders.
• Reliable transportation for local drops and events, and a flexible schedule for occasional early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run grassroots marketing drops, delivering bagels to local businesses, schools and community groups.
• Plan and coordinate local events and activations.
• Build and manage community partnerships.
• Find new opportunities for local marketing outreach.
• Manage our catering CRM and follow up on catering leads.
• Place catering orders and make sure stores are ready to fulfill them.
