The Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa is excited to announce an opening for a Catering Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. We take great pride in providing exceptional service in a breathtaking setting and are looking for someone who shares that passion.

As the Catering Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by expertly planning and executing memorable catered events at our hotel. This position requires a proactive sales mindset, a strong commitment to customer service, and an aptitude for building and sustaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure that every event surpasses client expectations, creating extraordinary experiences that resonate long after the event concludes. Salary: $50,000 + 40% Bonus Potential Paid Out Quarterly

Key Responsibilities:

1. Possess Marriott CI/TY Experience.
2. Collaborate seamlessly with the hotel service team, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and teamwork.
3. Negotiate hotel services and execute PCH's Group Sales Agreement for each business opportunity, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Act as the primary customer liaison during events and programs, ensuring customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
5. Work closely with off-property sales channels to ensure a cohesive sales effort.
6. Identify, qualify, and solicit new group/catering business to meet revenue goals.
