AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks is seeking a dynamic and driven Catering Sales Manager to join our Sales team. This individual will play a vital role in growing our social event business while ensuring a seamless guest experience from initial inquiry to final execution.
About The Role
As Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling and servicing social events and group room blocks, with a focus on weddings, birthdays, family reunions, educational conferences, sorority and fraternity events, and more. This role blends strategic sales with hands-on event detailing, requiring someone who excels at both relationship-building and operational execution.
You will report to the Director of Sales and collaborate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction while achieving personal and hotel revenue goals.
