Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for marketing accounts to professional meeting planners for meetings, conferences, training events, and seminars.
• Conducts telephone solicitation calls to generate new business and contacts.
• Determines and secures accurate meeting space for groups.
• Greets and services all clients/groups to ensure satisfaction.
• Follows up with all clients through phone calls, letters, and site tours to secure contracts and ensure customer happiness.
• Inputs data to generate contracts, update client files, and enter information into sales software.
• Participates in special projects as needed.
• Participates in professional membership organizations to meet new prospects and stay updated with industry information and trends.
• Communicates and collaborates with other departments to provide quality services for all groups.
• Assists Sales and Marketing leadership in managing budget activity and compiling reports for period end.
• Coordinates telemarketing activities.
• Attends weekly meetings for aging/billing, business review, and sales.
• Follows Aramark policies, procedures, safety, and sanitation standards.
