Job summary

TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC is recruiting for a Catering Sales professional to drive revenue and guest satisfaction in a hotel setting. You will work with area sales to qualify opportunities, support forecasting and budgeting, and ensure flawless catering operations and service for clients.

The role requires at least 2 years in catering sales, strong communication and team leadership, and a proactive, guest-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience selling catering events.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in the hospitality field preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and able to pitch in with team duties.

Responsibilities

• Shares responsibility for achieving revenue goals and guest/associate satisfaction.
• Partner with area sales to qualify business for the property.
• Assist in forecasts, reports and budget development to maximize revenue.
• Resolve guest complaints and monitor operations to prevent issues.
• Lead and develop associates to meet standards and core values.
• Coordinate catering promotions and catering sales/marketing plans.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and customer correspondence for catering events.
• Ensure knowledge of hotel products, services, and local events; run daily reports and analyze data.
