Job summary

Aramark, through its LifeWorks Restaurant Group, seeks a Catering Sales Manager in Tysons, VA to drive catering revenue by creating innovative internal catering programs and memorable events within established client environments.

Partnering with Catering Operations, you will ensure exceptional execution, develop engaging concepts, seasonal promotions, and hospitality experiences that elevate guest satisfaction and participation.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Prior experience in a management role preferred.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality and catering preferred.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Available to work event-based hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete catering solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport.
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events.
• Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and setup of events from banquet orders.
• Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions.
