Qualificações

• Catering qualification at diploma/degree level or 2–5 years industry experience with 2 years in management or department head role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in high-volume hospitality, conference and banqueting operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead catering team to ensure quality in final presentation of food and service.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships and rapport.
• Deliver events within budget by meeting food and labor targets.
• Execute catering events of varying size with staffing and operations oversight.
• Ensure accurate reporting of catering revenue, expenses, and receivables.;Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and wage regulations.
