Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Diploma/degree catering qualification or 2–5 years in high-volume hospitality/banqueting.
• Experience managing large teams and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP required.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering operations to ensure consistent quality in planning and execution of events.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive food and labor targets and implement strategies to achieve catering revenue forecasts.
• Coordinate catering activities with other departments and ensure accurate reporting of revenue and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Aramark safety, wage and hour policies and environmental standards.
