Design Cuisine, part of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager in Arlington, VA. You will independently sell and coordinate events across market segments, guiding the full sales cycle from inquiry to post‑event follow‑up.

You will collaborate with Operations, manage client relationships, develop proposals, price menus, and ensure on‑brand delivery while driving revenue and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in food and beverage/catering or venue operation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant experience in high volume catering.
• Experience in corporate business environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, with catering software experience.

Aufgaben

• Catering Sales and Event Execution: lead account and venue sales objectives, develop annual plans, track KPIs.
• Serve as primary client contact from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and payments; price client proposals with catering software.
• Escalate contract issues to leadership as needed.
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Coordinate pre-event paperwork and collaborate with Operations for event execution.
