Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Catering Manager to lead planning and execution of catered events, delivering memorable experiences that elevate guest satisfaction. You will grow market segments, manage client relationships, and design exceptional menus to maximize revenue.

You will oversee coordination across pre-, during, and post-event stages, serving as the primary client contact and guiding the team to ensure proactive issue resolution and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Catering and events knowledge is demonstrated through experience designing menus and managing events.

Responsibilities

• Grow catering market segments by soliciting new client relationships, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close new business.
• Cultivate client relationships with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business.
• Create exceptional experiences by designing creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience.
• Oversee event coordination by managing event documentation, coordinating pre/post-event phases, and serving as the primary client contact for smooth execution.
• Guide team performance by communicating client requirements and providing direction and coaching for high-level service.
