You will manage event documentation, design creative menus, grow market segments, and maintain strong client relationships while guiding a team to ensure exceptional service and smooth event execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality events: manage documentation, transitions, and primary client contact for smooth execution
• Create exceptional experiences: design menus and catered events to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
• Grow catering and events market segments: solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Cultivate client relationships: maintain connections with corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
• Guide team performance: communicate requirements, provide direction, and coach for high-level service
