Levy Sector in Columbus, GA is seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and sales support to the Catering Sales team, ensuring successful planning and execution of catered events and serving as a liaison between clients, sales managers, and operational teams.

You will prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, maintain client and event data, coordinate site visits, respond to inquiries, and help with post-event billing and filing.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience in catering or event management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the Senior Sales Manager throughout the event sales process.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and client correspondence.
• Maintain accurate client, event, and booking information in designated sales systems.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking sales activity.
• Coordinate distribution of event paperwork to operational departments.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits, planning meetings, and client appointments.
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and requests.
• Confirm event details, timelines, room setups, menus, and special requests.
