Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years catering manager experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Minimum 2 years Marriott CI/TY experience.
• Strong negotiation and selling abilities.
• Excellent time management and self-motivation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Resilient and adaptable to change.

Responsabilités

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times, with quick and timely responses to all calls, emails, and leads.
• Solicit and secure business for the Hotel through a proactive, focused sales approach using all available technology to identify comp set accounts, new customers in the market, and existing accounts.
• Develop strong, professional long-term business relationships by attending networking events, becoming a member of civic organizations, and/or industry associations.
• Create banquet event orders (BEOs) with all set up, A/V, and food and beverage requirements needed for groups.
• Ensure all BEOs are signed by the client and distributed to the Banquet and Culinary team in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Hotel.
