Job summary

The Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville seeks a detail-oriented Catering/Reservations Coordinator to support the Sales & Catering Department. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling receptions, billing, and reservation input with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities include processing contracts, distributing BEOs and collateral, and assisting with reporting and communication across teams. Hotel experience is preferred and a strong team orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Clerical and reception duties with strong communication skills.
• Experience with billing, deposits, and payments for groups is a plus.
• Ability to create and route contracts and supporting documents.
• Excellent teamwork and client-focused service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Screen and direct telephone calls; route leads to Sales/Catering managers.
• Print and distribute BEOs, collateral, menus, and signs for events.
• Post charges, payments, and deposits for groups as needed.
• Monitor reservations input into the system and assist guests with payment methods.
