TownePlace Suites Asheville is seeking an energetic Guest Services Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences in person. You will check guests in/out, process payments, update reservations, and collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate room status.

A fast-paced, friendly environment with comprehensive benefits awaits. Preferred 1 year of customer service experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and update their accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status.
• Maintain the front desk area to be clean, welcoming, and organized.
