Job summary

Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa in Asheville, NC is seeking a Reservations Associate to assist guests with the reservation process and input bookings accurately. You will support revenue management and daily duties, including answering calls and handling computer work.

The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to learn multiple software systems, and prior hotel reservations or front desk experience is preferred. We foster service excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong keyboard skills and ability to input data accurately.
• Ability to analyze situations and make decisions.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Previous hotel experience in Reservations/Front Office/Sales/Marketing or Accounting preferred.
