Proof of the Pudding, expanding into the Dallas area, seeks an entry-level kitchen team member in Grand Prairie, TX. This part-time role supports the culinary team with food prep, setup, and basic cooking tasks under the Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working in a kitchen; catering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation and service; ability to read production sheets and tasks.
• ServSafe certified or eligible to obtain training.

Responsibilities

• Set up and sanitize workstations.
• Follow prep lists created by lead culinary.
• Prepare ingredients and simple dishes as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Ensure proper storage and accessibility of food items.
• Assist chefs with culinary tasks and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
