The ideal candidate has catering or food service experience, is flexible to work varied event days and times including evenings and weekends, and may hold ServSafe certification. Competitive pay and on-the-job training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have previous catering or food service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members at off-site catering events and ensure excellent guest service.
• Oversee food service areas, maintain hot/cold stations and speed of service.
• Delegate tasks, coach on-the-spot, and adapt to event needs.
