Catering Operations Supervisor | Part-Time | Inter & Co Stadium

Join us as a Catering Operations Supervisor at Oak View Group.

This role supports catering activities, including Gameday and Private Functions, and assists concession and warehouse managers in managing concessions operations profitably. The supervisor will also work closely with the Catering Manager & Director of Premium to ensure a positive, compliant, and cooperative work environment.

The position requires high event oversight, technical proficiency, and operational support to ensure smooth event execution. The role demands excellent attendance, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, professional presentation, interpersonal skills, self-direction, and strong technical aptitude (computer and POS systems).

The hourly rate ranges from $26.00 to $28.00. Benefits include a 401(k) Savings Plan and matching. The position remains open until June 27, 2025.

Located at Inter& Co Stadium, home of Orlando City Soccer Club & Orlando Pride, this role contributes to transforming events into memorable experiences. We seek individuals with skills, experience, and values aligned with our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing overall catering operations effectively.
2. Develop, read, and understand Banquet Event Orders.
3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, portion sizes, pricing, and preparation, and share this knowledge with staff and guests.
4. Ensure full compliance with alcohol service policies and monitor alcohol service during events.
5. Report any alcohol service or compliance issues immediately.
6. Monitor product quality and guest service levels.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues with POS systems and food service equipment.
8. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.
9. Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising hourly staff.
10. Evaluate catering spaces after events for cleanliness and inventory levels.
11. Manage catering events from setup to teardown.
12. Support administrative duties, including inventory management and menu planning.
13. Possess basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Word, Outlook) and working knowledge of POS systems.
14. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
15. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
16. Have relevant experience in fine dining, catering, or event operations, with supervisory experience in fast-paced food and beverage environments.
17. Hold a ServSafe certification or equivalent sanitation training.
