An established industry player is seeking a Catering Operations Supervisor to ensure the smooth execution of events and catering services. The Catering Operations Supervisor provides support and assistance with Catering activities (including Gameday and Private Functions) as well providing assistance to the concession and warehouse managers in the profitable management of concessions operations, as needed. The Catering Operations Supervisor will actively assist the Catering Manager & Director of Premium in aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.
The candidate must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event.
This is a key position for the effective operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which to include evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong technical (computer and POS) aptitude required.
This role pays an hourly rate of $26.00-$28.00.
