Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher with related hospitality experience.
• 0–3 years of management experience in catering or hospitality.
• Strong catering operations and event execution knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data and make operational decisions.
• Proven leadership, delegation, and performance management abilities.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills.
• Clear communication, organization, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering events to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline staff.
• Manage staffing, resources, performance, and priorities.
• Set team goals and provide ongoing feedback and performance management.
• Build relationships with clients and operational leaders.
• Collaborate across departments and regions to align service standards.
• Develop menus and manage food/event costing for profitability.
• Analyze operational/financial data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve client concerns and operational challenges efficiently.
• Support strategies to improve efficiency, client retention and growth.
• Coordinate complex catering operations and ensure consistent service.
• Make informed staffing/resource decisions for performance.
