Responsibilities

• Consults with clients to define scope, expectations, menus, and budgets for events.
• Plans menus with clients and chefs to meet quality and budget targets.
• Leads and coordinates the events team to execute events on schedule and within parameters.
• Recruits, interviews, and trains permanent and casual staff.
