Sifted is seeking an Account Lead to support the operations team with daily administrative tasks and coordination under the Account Manager. Based primarily in the client office, you will handle menu printing, host audits, event prep, and logistics while ensuring smooth communication and efficiency. Mon-Fri, 8am–4pm, approx.

• Experience in administrative roles, preferably in catering or hospitality.

Aufgaben

• Printing and organizing daily menu signs + dish cards.
• Audit host surveys and temperature logs.
• Printing/Sharing Daily Host Numbers Sheet.
• Creating daily packout cards for the team.
• Maintaining the office.
• Inputting order data into Sifted technology.
• Assisting in daily meal and special event packout, setting teams up for success.
