Job summary

Legends & ASM Global in Boston, MA is seeking a Catering Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of catering events from planning to delivery. Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will coordinate with culinary, operations, IT/AV and event sales teams to meet high standards of service.

You will manage client requirements, menu development, staffing, equipment setup, inventory, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in catering operations, event planning, or hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Catering Manager and event clients on requirements and special requests.
• Schedule event setup with staff, equipment, and décor.
• Assist menu development and customization based on client preferences.
• Oversee inventory and vendor relationships for events.
• Ensure food safety and SOP compliance during catering operations.
