Job summary

You will handle event bookings, menu costing, and pricing; contribute to hiring and performance reviews; and represent Aramark with clients during meetings and events while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises catering operations including staff coordination, setup, service and breakdown of events.
• Books events, selects and costs menu items, and prices as needed.
• Assists with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinates activities with other internal departments; participates in management team meetings; interfaces with vendors and client contacts.
• Represents Aramark and the client at meetings and events.
• Ensures sanitation, organization and safety standards via checklists and hands-on supervision.
• Participates in catering training programs and helps develop training for hourly and part-time staff.
• Supports Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
