Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting required.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enforces a safety culture to create a work environment where no one gets hurt.
• Directly supervises catering operations including staff coordination, setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Books events, selects and costs menu items, and prices as needed.
• Coordinates activities with internal departments and vendors; participates in management meetings.
• Represents Aramark and the client at meetings and events to facilitate external customer relations.
• Ensures sanitation, organization, and safety standards via checklists, supervision, and follow-up.
• Participates in catering training programs and helps develop training for hourly, part-time, and student staff.
• Supports implementation of Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
