Job summary

Aramark Corporation in Cleveland is seeking a Catering Service Worker Lead to supervise and support planning catering events of varying sizes in central and satellite locations. You will ensure brand standards and initiatives are consistently achieved and lead a team of event staff.

The role requires coordinating staff, equipment, setup, service, and breakdown; booking events; costings; and contributing to safety, training, and client relations while maintaining Aramark’s service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting.
• Booking events experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise catering operations and staff coordination.
• Coordinate staff, rentals, setup, service and breakdown of events.
• Booking of events, menu costing and pricing as needed.
• Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors; client liaison.
• Represent Aramark and the client at meetings and events.
• Ensure sanitation, organization and safety standards with checklists.
• Support training programs for hourly and part-time staff.
