Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Service Worker Lead to supervise and support planning catering events of varying sizes at central and satellite locations, ensuring brand standards are consistently met.

You will coordinate staff, handle event bookings and costing, support hiring and training, and liaise with clients and vendors to deliver seamless service while upholding safety and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise catering operations including staff coordination, setup, service and breakdown.
• Book events, select and price menu items as needed.
• Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments; participate in management meetings.
• Represent Aramark and the client at meetings and events.
• Ensure sanitation, organization and safety standards using checklists and supervision.
• Participate in catering training programs and help develop training for staff.
• Assist with implementing Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
