• Supervises catering operations and staff during events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Books events, selects and prices menu items.
• Assists with hiring and performance reviews.
• Coordinates activities with internal departments and vendors.
• Represents Aramark at meetings and events.
• Ensures sanitation and safety standards with checklists and supervision.
• Participates in catering training programs.
• Supports implementation of OpX Catering initiatives.
