Qualifications

• Two years of operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting.
• Experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a safety culture, supervising catering operations including staff coordination, equipment, set-up, service and breakdown for events of varying size and complexity.
• Books events, selects and costs menu items, and provides pricing as needed.
• Assists with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinates activities with internal departments and vendors; participates in management meetings.
• Represents Aramark and clients at meetings and events to foster external customer relations.
• Ensures sanitation, organization, and safety standards via checklists, hands-on supervision, and follow-up.
• Participates in catering training programs and helps develop training for hourly/part-time staff.
• Aids in implementing Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
