MML Hospitality is seeking an Operations Associate to support catering logistics, internal coordination, and service operations. The role ensures consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across production, distribution, and event support, working with culinary, logistics, sales, and on-site teams to execute orders to the MML standard.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and is available for evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering operations, logistics, event production, or hospitality operations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong public speaking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the operational hub for daily catering activities, aligning sales, culinary, service, and logistics teams.
• Oversee production timelines, delivery routing, equipment prep, and day-of-order readiness.
• Monitor schedules and production workbooks for accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and confirm prep and packing lists for events and drop-offs.
• Support staffing, load-ins, and on-site operations for large events.
