Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and coordinate catering events according to client standards with GM or Chef.
• Oversee catering services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Meet with prospective clients to review event requirements, menus, setup, and scheduling.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of events; supervise staff during events.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, uniform guidelines, and productivity standards are met.
