Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Catering Operations Manager in Camden, NJ to lead on- and off-premise events with a strong focus on operational excellence and client service. You will oversee planning, staffing, budgeting, and vendor coordination to deliver exceptional catering experiences for corporate clients.

The role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple events while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership in managing people, events and guest experience.
• Excellent budget, P&L, labor forecasting and reporting experience.
• Strong communication with clients, senior management and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Consults clients on scope, budget, menus and collateral for successful events.
• Plan menus with clients and chefs.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and coordinate event execution with teams.
• Recruit, train and motivate catering staff.
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
• Liaise between Sales, Chefs, Staffing, Vendors and Clients.
