Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Catering Coordinator in Danvers, MA to oversee and execute client catering events, delivering exemplary service and ensuring top-notch presentation.

You will collaborate with the Chef Manager, plan menus, coordinate set-up and break-down, and manage client communications to guarantee satisfaction. Benefits include Health, Dental & Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, 1–3 years’ experience in food service preferred.
• Experience in coordinating catering events and customer service is valued.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and event environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, execution, and coordination of various catering events according to client standards in conjunction with the Chef Manager.
• Provide oversight of catering services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Food prep for daily operations and catering events.
• May meet with prospective clients to view all aspects of event requirements and execution.
