A catering manager with valid commercial class 3 driving license is essential. We are a small but growing firm looking for a team player. Roles & responsibilities are :
Manage off-site events such as cocktail reception, buffet, and live station.
Coordination of catering orders with the kitchen to ensure smooth execution. Delivery and setting up of buffet station. You must also be proficient with computer usage to navigate our accounting software to amend invoices to fulfill customer requests from time to time. Simple food prep and cooking. No overtime pay, no meals provided.
