Elior Collegiate Dining in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced catering manager to lead a team of foodservice professionals and oversee a range of catered events at Middle Georgia State University.

You will train servers and cooks, oversee meal preparation, ensure safety and sanitation, and address client needs, with a focus on service excellence and operational success.

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated catering manager to our Elior Collegiate Dining team in Macon, GA. As a catering manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of foodservice professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events.

What you’ll be doing

• Training and supervising servers and cooks.
• Participating in the preparation of meals and beverages.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Addressing client and guest needs and concerns.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

• At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves

• At least one years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.

Compensation Range

Compensation for this position is up to $60,000 / year based on experience.
