Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining in Sault Sainte Marie, MI is seeking an experienced catering manager to lead a team of foodservice professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events at Lake Superior State University.

You will train and supervise servers and cooks, oversee meal and beverage preparation, uphold safety standards, and respond to client needs. Compensation ranges up to $60,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• At least one years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.

The Role at a glance:
