Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a Catering Captain in Brunswick, GA to oversee college catering events from setup through breakdown and to ensure flawless service. You’ll lead event staff, uphold standards, and support recruitment and training for campus dining teams at College Coastal Georgia.

The role is full-time and onsite, with compensation at $18 per hour, reflecting a dynamic, higher-education dining environment and guest-focused service excellence.

The Role at a Glance:

We are looking for a skilled, experienced Catering Captain to join our higher educartion team in Brunswick, GA. As a Catering Captain, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage catering events to ensure success from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events.


• Managing event staff.


• Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines.


• Assisting in the recruitment and training of new associates.


• Any other tasks as necessary.

What we’re looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least three years’ experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality.


• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.


• Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
