Job summary

Elior North America in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced catering manager to lead the Elior Collegiate Dining team at Middle Georgia State University. You will supervise a talented group of servers and cooks and drive the success of a variety of catered events.

You will train staff, oversee meal and beverage prep, and ensure safety and sanitation compliance while addressing client and guest needs with professionalism.

The role offers growth opportunities within a national campus dining program.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Compensation for this position is up to $60,000 / year based on experience.
