Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Service Worker Lead to supervise catering operations and ensure brand standards across central and satellite locations. You will coordinate staff, events, and safety practices while representing Aramark at meetings with clients.

You will participate in training programs and help implement OpX Catering initiatives, with emphasis on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise catering operations, coordinating staff, rentals, setup, service and breakdown.
• Book events, select and price menu items as needed.
• Assist with hiring, discipline and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors; represent Aramark and clients at events.
• Ensure sanitation and safety via checklists and hands-on supervision.
• Participate in catering training; help develop training for staff.
• Support implementation of OpX Catering initiatives.
