Qualifications

• 3–5 years in catering or food service management.
• Strong leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule for events (early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering operations from client consults to site setup.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, orders, and inventory.
• Lead and train kitchen and catering staff.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor event budgets and control costs.
• Serve as primary client contact from booking to post-event feedback.
