Qualifications

• 2 years of food service experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Catering experience is required.
• Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all catering events and oversees setup, service, and breakdown.
• Manages event logistics, quality, sanitation, and facility activities.
• Works with the Chef to create menus and train associates in service and presentation.
• Monitors labor and food costs for each event and maintains client relationships.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
