Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to Catertrax orders and recipes; execute prep, cooking, serving and wrap-up.
• Communicate with BOH/FOH to ensure food quality and timely service.
• Manage and guide on-call BOH cooks and support staff with integrity.
• Maintain care of kitchen spaces and equipment; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Obtain/maintain Middlebury College Driver's License to operate vehicles.
• Learn and use Catertrax platform for event operations.
